- Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

- Only one coupon code per order will be accepted.

- If you use a discount code of 30% or more, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.

What size do I order?

We know and love that our customers come in a variety of shapes and sizes! We have provided model sizing information on all of our products to help gauge how an item will fit. We also have a general sizing chart. If you need further details about an item, we are happy to help! Please send us an email to support@lincactive.com

What payment options do you accept?

When you check out, you'll have the options to pay with any major credit card providers. You can also choose to checkout with PayPal.

How can I use a gift or promo code?

When you start the checkout process, enter your code in the box that says "Add Coupon" or "Gift Certificate."

Shipping Policy

We know you can't wait to get your LincActive order - we can't wait for you to get it either! We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible and can usually have orders in the mail within two business days. However, please remember that we are a small, family owned business - please allow up to a week for items to process before being shipped! Choosing upgraded shipping at checkout does not apply to processing time.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We love our international customers!

Please keep in mind, if your package is returned to our warehouse for having an insufficient address or being unclaimed, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping cost, only the cost of product purchased. All International orders are considered a FINAL sale, due to high International shipping cost.

LincActive is not responsible for the following:

-Delays with the shipping provider

-International Duties or Custom Charges

-Products marked delivered by the carrier. You will need to contact the local carrier to obtain information regarding your package.

- If your package is returned to our warehouse for having an insufficient address or being unclaimed or refused, outbound shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the products purchased.

How long will my order take?

Please allow up to a week for your order to process before being shipped. Once your order has shipped, the shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
