Return Policy

    Making sure our Linc customers are happy with their purchase is our top priority!  Please review our return policy below.
  • Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • All sale items or items using a coupon code of 30% or greater will be considered Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 30 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product, not for any shipping and handling charges.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
  • Items cannot be returned appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, with animal hair, damaged, tags not attached, or received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box and shipped back in a protective shipping box.
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
